Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SEO Dons services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

SEO Dons provides search engine optimization, web development, and digital marketing services including:

  • Local and national SEO optimization
  • Technical SEO audits and implementation
  • Content creation and optimization
  • Website design and development
  • Digital marketing consultation

3. Service Expectations

While we strive for excellent results, SEO is an ongoing process and results may vary. We cannot guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Exact timeframes for results
  • Specific traffic or conversion increases

However, we do guarantee professional service, transparent reporting, and adherence to SEO best practices.

4. Payment Terms

  • Monthly SEO services are billed in advance
  • One-time projects require 50% deposit before work begins
  • Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Client remains responsible for work completed
  • No refunds for services already provided
  • All deliverables and access will be provided within 7 days

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary website access and information
  • Review and approve work in a timely manner
  • Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines
  • Maintain current contact information

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom content created specifically for their project. SEO Dons retains rights to:

  • General methodologies and processes
  • Tools and software developed by SEO Dons
  • Use project as case study (with client approval)

8. Limitation of Liability

SEO Dons' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Search engine algorithm changes
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
