The Strategy
We targeted the commercial solar keywords that YEERS' competitors were ignoring. While most agencies chase residential solar terms (higher volume, lower value), we focused on the high-value commercial terms that generate £50k-£500k jobs.
Location pages were built targeting every major commercial centre within YEERS' service radius across Yorkshire. Each page focused on commercial and industrial applications — solar for warehouses, factories, farms, office buildings, and retail units.
The content depth matched our standard: 2,500+ words per location page with unique local data. But the angle was different — commercial energy costs, business rates relief, Enhanced Capital Allowances, ROI calculations for business owners, and case-specific data for each location.
The Results
The growth curve was steep and consistent.
From zero organic leads in December to 42 form submissions per month by March. That is a 3-month timeline. No warm-up period. No "give it 6 months." Real leads within weeks, scaling to 42 per month within a quarter.
